It is necessary

  • For eight servings:
  • - 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 250 g butter;
  • - 2 cups wheat flour;
  • - soda quenched with vinegar;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - sugar for rolling "shells".

Instructions

Step 1

It will take you 10 minutes to prepare the curd biscuits, 25 minutes for the preparation itself. These cookies can be quickly prepared for breakfast. Be sure to pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees, so that later, with the finished dough, you do not wait until it warms up.

Step 2

Mash cottage cheese with butter at room temperature, add flour (you can sift it directly into the curd mixture), soda, a pinch of salt. Knead the cookie dough.

Step 3

Roll out the resulting dough in a layer of about 3-4 millimeters. Cut the circles out with a glass or simply cut into squares. Dip one side in granulated sugar. Fold in half with sugar inward, then dip one side in sugar again, fold in half again, dip side of the resulting triangle in sugar again, press down a little so that the dough does not unfold. Place the shells on a baking sheet sprinkled with a little flour. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.

Step 4

Bake the "Shells" curd cookies at the specified temperature for 15-25 minutes (depending on the size of the shells you have obtained). The finished cookies will be golden brown. You can sprinkle with icing sugar. Cool directly on the baking sheet, then put the cookies in a vase, serve with hot tea.
