It is necessary

  • Bitter pepper (red, yellow, green, black) - 1 kilogram
  • Garlic - 2 heads
  • Allspice - to taste
  • Cloves to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Vinegar (9%) - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 4 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Water

Instructions

Step 1

Capsicums of any color are suitable for pickling. It is best to take different colors to alternate the peppers in the jar. Wash the pepper thoroughly and carefully and prick each peppercorn with a fork. It is also necessary to remove long stalks. Pepper tails can be trimmed or not - it depends on your desire.

Step 2

In the future, you need to prepare greens. Peel and grind the garlic; you can do this with a garlic press. Wash the dill, prepare the right amount of pepper, cloves and other spices that you are going to use.

Step 3

Prepare the pepper marinade: for 1 liter of water, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar (9%), 4 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar, various spices: dill, pepper and cloves (to taste). The resulting marinade should be boiled and then left to cool. The marinade is now ready for use.

Step 4

Put peeled garlic, pepper, herbs (to taste) in a jar and pour the marinade all over. Place the peppers in jars, alternating between red and green, green and yellow, etc. Close the jar of pepper with a plastic lid and place on a plate or tray for a few days. Please note that during this time, part of the marinade may flow out of the jar. Store a jar of pickled peppers at room temperature.

Step 5

In order for the pepper to acquire a beautiful and even color, it is recommended to cover it on top with leaves removed from the cob of corn. Do it at your own discretion.

Step 6

After that, put the jar of pepper in a dark, cool place where the product will reach condition. Watch your bank for a few days.

Step 7

As soon as the bitter pickled pepper changes its color and turns olive, it will indicate that it is ready. Olive color is the color of ready-made pickled vegetables. Bon Appetit!
