Take chili pods and rinse them well. In the area of the stalk, pierce the pods with a sharp knife. This is necessary in order to remove excess air from the peppers.

Step 4

Pour 500 milliliters of water into a saucepan, add spices, herbs, and garlic to the water. When the water boils, add 100 grams of wine or white grape vinegar to the marinade, then boil it for a few more minutes. Remove the pan from heat.

Step 5

Step 6

While the marinade is brewing, prepare your jar. Take a large saucepan, fill it with water and place it on the stove. Place the jar holder on top of the pot.

Place the jar upside down on the stand. After the water boils, steam will penetrate into the jar. It is necessary to sterilize it by this method within fifteen minutes.
