A delicious cottage cheese-banana dessert can be prepared in a slow cooker. The dessert turns out to be tender, tasty and does not require constant attention.

250 grams of Jubilee cookies (or the same shortbread), 5 tablespoons of butter, 500 grams of cottage cheese, 1 glass of sour cream, 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 4 bananas, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 pinch of cinnamon

Grind the cookies to small crumbs with a blender. Melt the butter, pour it into the crushed biscuits and mix thoroughly.

Cut the bananas into slices, mash with a fork and mix with lemon juice.
Step 3
Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sour cream and sugar. Beat the curd mass in a blender or mixer.

Add banana puree to the curd mass and stir.

Grease the container of the multicooker with butter. Place the cookie crumbs mixed with butter, spreading them over the bottom of the container and forming small sides.

Pour the banana curd puree gently over the cookies. Set the Bake setting for 80 minutes.
