Instructions
Step 1
Boiled-fried pasta Pour one and a half liters of water into a saucepan, salt, bring to a boil, add pasta to boiling water. Cook for 10-15 minutes less than the instructions on the package require. That is, if it is written to cook for 30 minutes, then cook for 15-20. The pasta should no longer be tough, but firm and not overcooked.
Step 2
Throw in a colander, let the water drain. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan, pour the cumin seeds into the oil, then the pasta and fry, stirring occasionally to form a golden brown crust, salt. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped herbs to taste.
Step 3
Fried pasta with vegetables Remove flour dust using a fine sieve. Pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive, sunflower, any to taste) into the pan, heat slightly and pour pasta into the pan.
Step 4
Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, lightly salt, pepper if desired, reduce heat to low. Wash, peel the carrots and onions, chop finely, add to the pan, squeeze the garlic on top through a garlic press.
Step 5
Dissolve a teaspoon of wine vinegar in a glass of water and pour the mixture into the pasta. Simmer over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Add water if necessary.
Step 6
Fried Spicy Pasta Rinse with cold running water and boil the chicken. Remove with a slotted spoon, dry and cut into small cubes. Boil the kettle: you will need a glass of boiling water.
Step 7
Heat a dry skillet over high heat, sprinkle the pasta on it, and fry, stirring constantly, to brown. Add butter to the skillet, stir thoroughly, reduce heat to medium-low.
Step 8
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin, cut into small cubes and add to the pasta. Sprinkle with hot paprika, put the chicken fillet in the pan, stir, salt to taste, pour in a glass of boiling water, cover tightly and simmer over medium heat until the water evaporates.
