Mushrooms are undoubtedly one of the unique gifts of nature. There are many ways to prepare mushrooms, but, perhaps, the most favorite dish for many is fried mushrooms in sour cream.

It is necessary

    • 1 kg of any fresh mushrooms (champignons
    • mushrooms
    • White mushrooms
    • honey mushrooms);
    • 2-3 carrots;
    • 2 onions;
    • 500 ml sour cream;
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • dill;
    • parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the mushrooms well in a colander, peel, cook in slightly salted water for 10 minutes, then cut into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a medium grater, and finely chop the onion, by the way, you can use both regular and colored onions.

Step 2

Pour some sunflower oil into a preheated deep frying pan or saucepan and fry the onions, then add the carrots, sauté for five minutes, until the vegetables are lightly browned. Add the mushrooms and cook for ten to fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add sour cream and simmer the dish over low heat for another five to ten minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped parsley and dill and let it brew for another five minutes, covering the pan with a lid. Boiled potatoes or rice can be a good side dish for this dish.
