Step 1
Mushrooms in sour cream, baked in a pot
Clean 500 g of fresh porcini mushrooms from the remnants of the earth, forest debris.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into slices, place them in a deep bowl and cover completely with cold water.
Step 3
Gently rub the mushrooms between your palms and rinse them. Lift the mushrooms out of the water with your hands and place them in a colander. Let the mushrooms dry a little.
Step 4
Place the chopped mushrooms in a clay pot. Close it tightly with the lid.
Step 5
Place the pot of mushrooms in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Simmer the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes.

Peel 1 onion, chop it finely and save in vegetable oil.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Carefully, trying not to burn yourself, remove the lid from the pot.

Place in a pot 50 g butter, sautéed onions, red pepper on the tip of a knife, 1 bay leaf, 3 cardamom seeds, 3 black peppercorns. Mix everything well.

Mix 1 teaspoon flour with 0.25 cups water until smooth. Pour the resulting mixture into a pot of mushrooms and mix everything.

Add 1 cup sour cream to the mushrooms. Mix everything thoroughly and lightly cover the pot with a lid.

Simmer mushrooms in sour cream sauce until thickened.

Serve hot mushrooms. For a side dish, cook mashed potatoes, boiled rice or buckwheat. Sprinkle chopped herbs over the dish.

Rinse 1 kg of mushrooms and cut into wedges.
