It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 200 grams of sugar;
  • - 250 grams of flour;
  • - four eggs;
  • - a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  • For the cream:
  • - 100 grams of sugar;
  • - 300 ml sour cream.
  • For filling:
  • - one banana;
  • - one kiwi;
  • - 500 ml of juice;
  • - two tablespoons of gelatin.

Instructions

Step 1

Make the jelly first. To do this, pour the juice into a deep bowl, add two tablespoons of gelatin to it and leave for 40 minutes so that the gelatin swells properly. After a while, heat the mixture in a water bath (to dissolve the gelatin) and let the mixture cool at room temperature. Put the dish in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

In a deep bowl, beat eggs and sugar until stiff. Add flour to the mass and mix everything gently so that the dough does not settle.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, transfer the dough into it and place the baking dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time is 20-25 minutes. It is best to use a split form.

Once the cake is baked, let it cool slightly, then cut it in half lengthwise.

Step 4

Pour the sour cream into a deep dish, add sugar and beat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Put one cake in a split form and saturate it with sour cream (use only half of the cream). Peel the banana and slice it into thin rings. Place the rings on top of the sour cream.

Step 5

Lay the second crust on top of the bananas and saturate it with the remaining sour cream. Peel the kiwi, cut the fruit in random order: rings, cubes or wedges. Place the sliced kiwi evenly on the cake (you can lay out a drawing).

Step 6

Remove the semi-frozen jelly from the refrigerator and pour it over the top of the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set the jelly properly.

Step 7

Remove the finished cake from the mold, place it on a tray and cut into portions. Jelly cake with fruit is ready.
