Fruit jelly cake is prepared in two hours. Many people will like such a healthy delicacy, but it consists of products available to all.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - any fruit - 2 kg;
- - gelatin - 30 g;
- - fruit jelly - 2 pieces;
- - sugar - to taste;
- - food coloring on the tip of the knife.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the fruit jelly and gelatin with water according to the instructions, leave to swell.
Step 2
Pour two liters of water into a saucepan, add the swollen gelatin with jelly, add sugar, dye, bring to a boil. Just don't boil! Cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Rinse the selected fruits, cut into pieces of your choice (so that they look beautiful in the finished cake).
Step 4
Pour a little jelly into the mold in a centimeter layer, put in the freezer for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Place the pieces of fruit on the frozen layer, pour the jelly, put it back in the freezer. Repeat this procedure until the fruit is completely stacked.
Step 6
Put the fruit jelly cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Before serving, immerse the dish in hot water for a minute, then turn it over onto a serving platter. Bon Appetit!
