It is necessary

    • beef liver - 700 g;
    • eggs - 2 pcs.;
    • milk - 100 ml;
    • flour - 100 g;
    • onions - 200 g;
    • carrots - 200 g;
    • garlic - 3 cloves;
    • mayonnaise;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt;
    • For decoration:
    • boiled eggs - 3 pcs.;

Instructions

Step 1

Take a beef liver, rinse it under running water, remove the film from the surface. Then twist in a meat grinder.

Add eggs and milk to the twisted liver and mix well. You can add sour cream instead of milk. Then add salt and flour. Stir again. The result should be a homogeneous mixture, similar in consistency to pancake dough.

Step 3

Preheat a frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil. Fry the liver pancakes over medium heat until crusty (about 5 minutes on each side). To prevent the pancakes from breaking when you turn them over, first transfer them to a plate (if they are well fried, they should easily slide onto it themselves), and then turn them back into the pan.

Prepare the pie filling. Chop the onion finely and sauté over medium heat. After a while, add the carrots, grated on a coarse or medium grater. Roast vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add finely chopped greens to them. Mix everything well.

Separately, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic passed through the garlic. This will be the soak for the cake.

Collect the cake. On a plate greased with vegetable oil, put the first liver cake, grease with mayonnaise with garlic on top. Then spread the vegetables in an even layer. Cover with the next liver pancake. In this way, collect the whole cake. Grease the last (top) cake with mayonnaise. Lubricate the sides of the cake with it.
