Ingredients:

  • 700-800 g flour;
  • vegetable oil;
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 700 g of kefir;
  • 200 g onions;
  • 30 g of compressed yeast;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 3 g of baking soda;
  • 600 g liver.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough. Pour kefir into a deep container and add soda to it, stir everything well. After the bubbles appear, eggs, salt, pressed yeast and vegetable oil are added to the kefir. Then, when everything is thoroughly mixed, sifted flour is added to the container.
  2. Next, you need to knead the dough. It should not be very cool, but not liquid either. The finished dough will stick to your hands, so you need to sprinkle the table abundantly with flour when shaping the pies. Also, you can grease your hands and table with unscented sunflower oil.
  3. The finished dough must be removed to a cool place for several hours, it is best to put it in the refrigerator. There it should grab quickly enough.
  4. While the dough is in the refrigerator, you need to prepare the filling for the pies. Chicken liver is perfect for this. It must be thoroughly rinsed and cut into very small pieces. Then they are put in a frying pan with hot oil. Pour the finely chopped onion head there. Fry the liver over low heat until cooked through.
  5. After the filling has cooled down, you can start forming the pies. Divide the dough into small pieces. Then dip each piece in flour and roll out. The cakes should be not very thin, but not thick either. Place some filling in the middle of each flatbread. Then the pie is carefully pinched.
  6. When the pies are prepared, they must be put on a greased baking sheet, covered with a napkin and left for 15 minutes for them to rise.
  7. Then the pies need to be sent to an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The pies will turn out to be very fluffy, tender and tasty.
