Prepare the dough. To do this, in a small bowl, mix 1, 2 cups of warm boiled water, 50 g of yeast, salt, sugar and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. Stir the ingredients very well so that no grains of sugar or yeast remain. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Knead the dough. To do this, sift 4 cups of flour. Get the dough. Add flour and sunflower oil to it. Knead the dough very well on the table. Place the finished dough in a bowl or saucepan, cover and leave in a warm place. When the dough rises, knead it and leave it to stand still. When the dough rises a second time, it is ready.

Step 3

Prepare the filling for the patties. To do this, boil the liver and lungs in salted water. Cook the liver over low heat for 40 minutes. Cool and grind the liver and lung in a meat grinder or food processor. Peel the onion and chop finely with a knife. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and chopped liver in it. Season to taste with salt, pepper, coriander, and other seasonings for the meat.

Shape the patties. To do this, divide the dough into equal balls the size of a small apple and leave for 10 minutes. Blind the pies by stuffing the prepared minced meat into the dough. Line a baking sheet with oiled paper. Place the pies on it at a short distance from each other. Leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 200C. Place a baking sheet in it and bake the pies until golden brown. Take out the finished product, brush with butter and let cool the pies.
