Mash eggs with salt and sugar. Add eggs to milk and flour. Knead the dough.

At the end of the batch, add butter and ghee, vegetable oil or margarine, melted and cooled to room temperature.

Knead the dough until it stops sticking to the bowl and hands. The dough shouldn't be tough. Lightly flour the dough on top.

Cover the batter with a clean towel and place in a warm place.

When the dough "rises" - will increase in volume by 2, or even 3 times - it must be kneaded. Cover the dough again with a towel and leave in a warm place. Do not hurry. The spaced dough becomes soft and increases in volume.

While the dough is right, prepare your favorite toppings. Stewed cabbage, minced meat, mushrooms, onions and eggs, apples or jam.

The dough has risen again. You can start cooking.

Tear off a piece of dough. Roll it into a rope with a diameter of 5-7 centimeters.

Cut the string of dough into even pieces. Roll the pieces into balls and leave them for 5-10 minutes to separate. If you like small cakes, the balls should be small. Adhere to the principle "big pie - your mouth is happy", make the balls larger.

Roll the balls into round tortillas. Place your favorite filling in the center of the cake. Connect two opposite sides of the cake together, starting from the center. You will get a boat shape.

Place the patties on a floured or oiled baking sheet, let stand for 10-15 minutes. Leave a space between the pies - two centimeters.

Bake the pies in a preheated oven (230-260 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.

Grease hot ready-made pies with butter, place in a plate lined with a napkin and cover with a towel. Let the pies rest for 5-10 minutes.
