Step by step cooking process

Put 1200 ml of water in a saucepan over gas. When it boils, add the washed rice. Boil it under a closed lid over minimum heat for 16 minutes. Turn off the gas and let the rice sit for 20 minutes.

Soak your hands in water, take the rice and spread it on the nori in a layer of 1 centimeter. Press down with your hands. Put the filling on the edge near you - fish, cucumber, cheese. Take the edge of the mat and roll it tightly into a roll.
