Then salt, sugar and soda are added to the dough. You should not extinguish soda with vinegar, since the combination of the component with kefir gives a pronounced oxidative reaction, as a result of which the dough rises significantly during frying.

The pan is heated over medium heat and vegetable oil is poured into it. It is not recommended to use strong heat, since in this case, having fried on the sides, the pancakes will not have time to bake inside. Fry pancakes on each side until golden brown.
