Hercules flake cutlets are so satisfying that they can be used as a main dish. And since all the products that make up their composition are of vegetable origin, cutlets are perfect for eating during fasting.

- a glass of rolled oats;
- one carrot;
- one onion;
- vegetable oil;
- one egg;
- spice;
- greens;
- salt;
- flour.
- For the third recipe:
- 2 glasses of water;
- 2 cups rolled oats;
- 2 heads of onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 eggs;
- 150 grams of cheese;
- breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 100 milliliters of boiling water into a bowl and place one glass of rolled oats in it. Leave them to swell for 40 minutes. Peel one large onion and grate it on a coarse grater. Add the onions to the cereal bowl. Peel one medium potato, rub on the finest grater and add to onions and cereals. Then squeeze out one garlic clove. Grind the resulting mixture with a blender or mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly the oatmeal mass. Sculpt the cutlets with wet hands and roll them in a plate of bread crumbs. Heat a frying pan and pour fifty grams of vegetable oil into it. Arrange the cutlets and fry for five minutes on each side, until golden brown. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat, and bring the patties until cooked through within two minutes.
Step 2
The second method of cooking herculean cutlets is as follows. Take a saucepan and pour one glass of boiling water into it. Dissolve one broth cube in water, then add one glass of rolled oats to the broth. Place the pot on the fire and cook for 4 minutes. Peel one carrot and one onion. Grate vegetables on a fine grater. Heat a frying pan and pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. Salt vegetables until golden brown onions. Transfer the vegetables to a saucepan, add one chicken egg, one teaspoon of salt, your favorite spices and herbs. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Let it cool slightly and use wet hands to sculpt the cutlets. Dip them in a bowl of flour and fry them over low heat for seven minutes on each side.
Step 3
In order to prepare the Herculean cutlets in the third way, boil a saucepan with two glasses of water, add two glasses of Herculean flakes to it. Cook the rolled oats for five minutes. While the porridge cools down, peel two onions, two cloves of garlic and pass through a meat grinder. Add two chicken eggs, 150 grams of finely grated cheese, onion and garlic to the cooled porridge. Mix all ingredients. Form patties with wet hands and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry over low heat in vegetable oil for five minutes on each side.
