- - 1 kg of cottage cheese;
- - 3 liters of milk;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 0.5 tablespoons of soda;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Place cottage cheese in a saucepan, pour milk and put on fire, while stirring continuously.

As soon as the milk curdles, remove from heat. You will get whey, it must be drained, and the resulting flakes are collected and placed in a colander.

Let the whey drain, then transfer the cheese mass to a saucepan and add a raw egg, butter, salt to taste, soda to it.

Put on low heat, while stirring continuously until the cheese mass thickens.

Let the mass cool slightly, putting it in a bowl beforehand, and only after that place it on cling film, shape the future cheese and put it under oppression for 8 hours.
