This exquisite salad pairs prawns and fresh cucumber with homemade crispy croutons. Fans of an unusual taste can add slices of a sweet and sour hard pear. The taste of the shrimp salad will turn out to be incomparable.
It is necessary
- For two servings you need:
- - hazelnut or olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - sesame seeds - 1 tsp;
- - pear - 1 piece;
- - lettuce leaves - 2 pcs;
- - cucumber - 2 pcs;
- - dill - 2 branches;
- - fresh white bread - 1 slice;
- - any hard cheese - 100 g;
- - shrimp - 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the shrimp in running water, then boil in a saucepan over medium heat and peel. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the bread into cubes and dry in the oven.
Step 2
Chop the dill with a sharp knife and mix with the grated cheese. Cut cucumbers into cubes and mix with cheese and dill. Spread all cooked mixture on clean lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Put the shrimp on top, then a layer of cheese, the last layer again shrimp. Rinse the pear thoroughly in running water and cut into small cubes along with the peel. Add the pear pieces to the salad on top of the shrimp. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
