A simple recipe, following which you can cook shrimp kebab with chili and pumpkin seeds. Such a dish will come in handy at a summer party or in the country.
It is necessary
- - shrimps - 50 pcs;
- - yogurt - 3/2 cup;
- - cilantro - 1 bunch;
- - Parmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons;
- - wine red vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
- - rapeseed oil - 1/2 cup;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - black pepper - 1/4 tsp;
- - garlic - 1 clove;
- - fried pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup;
- - fried chili - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass the garlic through a press. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the cilantro with a sharp knife. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and place on the foil with the cut side down, wrap.
Step 2
Place the peppers in the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until large black spots appear on the peel. Next, unfold the foil, let the pepper cool for 10 minutes and then peel it.
Step 3
Place cheese, red wine vinegar, canola oil, salt, pepper, garlic, pumpkin seeds, and chili in a blender or food processor. Whisk for 10 seconds, then gradually add the cilantro. You can set aside a couple of cilantro sprigs for garnish if you wish.
Step 4
Place the yogurt in a medium bowl and whisk. Add the previously beaten ingredients and mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk. Add shrimp to the resulting mixture, refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 5
Soak bamboo skewers in water 20 minutes before cooking. This is to prevent the skewers from catching fire. Place 6 shrimp on each skewer and cook over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve ready-made shrimp kebab with chili and pumpkin seeds to the table along with a light vegetable salad, sour cream and herbs.
