Pumpkin skewers with feta cheese in an original soy marinade will be a wonderful cold snack. The dish looks interesting on the table, but it is prepared very quickly and easily.
It is necessary
- - pumpkin pulp - 300 g;
- - feta cheese - 200 g;
- - ginger root (fresh) - 1 pc.;
- - green onions - 1/2 bunch;
- - parsley greens - 5-6 branches;
- - soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - honey (liquid) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 50 ml;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch;
- - red ground pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the marinade. Grate the ginger root on a very fine grater. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash the parsley with water, remove the coarse stems, chop finely. Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey. Stir. Add ginger, parsley and garlic to the mixture. Stir again. Refrigerate. The marinade is ready.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes. Pour the marinade over the pumpkin and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Take long wooden skewers. Pickled pumpkin must be strung on skewers. Grill the skewers on a preheated grill (or over coals) until tender (8-10 minutes), turning frequently and brushing occasionally with the remaining marinade.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into cubes. Roll the green onion feathers into a spiral. Alternately string cheese and rolled onions onto a skewer. Brush the skewers with marinade and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. The cheese should be lightly browned.
Step 5
Put pumpkin and cheese skewers on a serving plate, sprinkle with ground pepper. The dish is ready.
