I propose to cook an unusual casserole of pumpkin, potatoes, minced meat and feta cheese. The dish is prepared simply, the specified amount of ingredients is enough for 8-10 servings.
It is necessary
- - pumpkin - 800 g;
- - feta cheese - 200 g;
- - lamb (fillet) - 500 g;
- - potatoes - 500 g;
- - milk 2, 5% - 150 ml;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - onions - 2 heads;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - parsley or dill greens - 30 g;
- - flour - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin slices. Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. Salt the vegetables, leave for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Dip the pumpkin and potatoes in flour and fry in small portions in oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Twist the lamb in a meat grinder.
Step 4
Cut the onion into cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil, add the minced meat to the onion and fry all together until tender, stirring occasionally. Finely chop the garlic and add to the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cut the cheese into cubes. Beat eggs with milk, salt, add chopped herbs.
Step 6
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place half of the fried vegetables on the bottom of the dish. Put the minced meat on the vegetables, on it - cheese (100 g), then the remaining vegetables and another layer of cheese. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the casserole.
