Chicken fillet is a dietary product, and therefore will appeal to even girls who watch their figure. Thanks to the pumpkin puree, the dish turns out to be especially tender. Try it and you will not remain indifferent!
It is necessary
- - 700-750 g of chicken fillet;
- - 700 g of peeled pumpkin;
- - 200 g of any hard cheese;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 150 g mayonnaise;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 3-4 tablespoons of bread crumbs;
- - salt, pepper, spices to your taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces. They should not be very large and not very small. Salt, pepper and add spices to taste.
Step 2
Rub the peeled pumpkin, pre-cut into pieces for convenience, on a medium grater. You do not need to grate it on the finest grater, as it will just turn out pumpkin porridge, and this is completely inappropriate.
Step 3
We also rub the cheese on a grater, it is possible on the smallest and on the medium (it does not matter).
Step 4
We shift the grated pumpkin and cheese into one container (preferably rather large), add mayonnaise and sour cream, then mix it all very thoroughly.
Step 5
Pre-grease the baking dish with flooded butter, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs, evenly distributing them over the bottom of the form.
Step 6
Take half of the mixture of cheese and pumpkin and spread it evenly into the mold, while slightly crushing it.
Step 7
Put the chicken fillet cut into pieces on top. You can also sprinkle with various spices if desired. A mixture of dried herbs works well.
Step 8
Then we spread the remaining pumpkin with cheese. Sprinkle all this with the remains of bread crumbs.
Step 9
We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about an hour. Let the casserole cool down a little, cut and enjoy the result!
