It is necessary

  • - 500 g chicken breast;
  • - 800 g pumpkin;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. pumpkin seeds;
  • - 1 st. l. dry basil and marjoram;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 180 g of Dor Blue cheese and 100 g of Parmesan cheese;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel the pumpkin. Cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Step 2

Rinse the chicken breast, dry and cut into small pieces, removing the bones. Place the fillet pieces in a deep bowl and mix them with dry basil, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt to taste. Then transfer the meat to a baking dish.

Step 3

Now we should deal with the pumpkin. Transfer the previously cut pumpkin cubes to a large bowl. Add the marjoram, the remaining vegetable oil and salt there. Mix everything well so that the seasonings are evenly distributed. Then add pumpkin seeds and finely chopped garlic to the pumpkin. Then mix everything carefully and thoroughly.

Step 4

Put the pumpkin with spices on top of the meat in a mold. Cut the Parmesan cheese into small cubes and the Dor Blue cheese into large cubes. Place both types of cheese on top of the pumpkin. Cover the mold with foil.

Step 5

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish there until the pumpkin is done. It will take approximately 1 hour.
