Pour a little sunflower oil into the pots, put the meat and onions fried with sour cream in them. Pour the prepared buckwheat on top, add bay leaf, salt and a spoonful of sour cream to each pot. Fill the contents with water to 1/4 of the pan. Close the pots with lids and place them in an oven preheated to 160 ° C for forty minutes.
