Step 1

Take hearts, rinse, peel off films. Cut each heart lengthwise into four pieces so that you get "wedges".

Chop the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half rings. Combine the onions and carrots with the chopped hearts.

Fry the resulting mixture in vegetable oil for 10 minutes with low heat.
