It is necessary
- - 250 g sugar
- - 250 g sour cream
- - 150 ml of vodka
- - 240-260 g flour
- - 150 g cocoa powder
- - 10-15 g baking powder
- - 200-250 g of condensed milk
- - 2 eggs
- - 230-250 g of chocolate
- - 140-160 g butter
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites with a mixer. Add sugar, condensed milk, sour cream and beat for 5-7 minutes. In a separate bowl, stir the yolks until white. Pour the cocoa flour into a deep bowl, add the protein mass with whipped yolks, mix.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Oil the baking dish, sprinkle with semolina to make it easier to remove the biscuit. Pour the dough into it, put it in the oven and cook for an hour. While the biscuit is preparing, prepare the cream. Whisk soft cocoa butter with a mixer until smooth. Add the condensed milk and beat for another 4-6 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the finished biscuit from the oven. Place the dish on a tea towel, cover with a lid and cool. Remove the biscuit from the mold and cut lengthwise into 3 parts. Saturate the cakes with vodka. Apply cream on two cakes, then fold them together and add a third cake on top. Leave the top cake dry.
Step 4
Divide the chocolate into small pieces, put in a metal bowl and put in a water bath. When the chocolate is melted, spread it all over the cake. Place the cake in the cold for 4 hours. Decorate the cake with chocolate chips.
