Ingredients:

  • Soy sauce - 70 ml;
  • Chicken - 1 carcass;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Ginger;
  • Green onions;
  • Bell pepper;
  • Peanuts - 100 g;
  • Chili pepper - 1 pc;
  • Flour - 15 g;
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • Onions - 1 pc;
  • Water - 100 ml;
  • Cane sugar - 2 tsp

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the bell pepper. We remove the seeds, cut the pulp into medium cubes.
  2. Chop the peeled onion into rather large strips. Chop the washed green onion smaller.
  3. We cut up the chicken carcass. Cut into medium-sized loin slices, pieces with small cartilage and bones will also be used.
  4. Pour about half a cup of vegetable oil into a large skillet. We put on a powerful fire. When the butter begins to crackle, put the peanuts and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. We take out the nuts, transferring them to a separate bowl. Instead, chicken pulp will go to the stove, cook over high heat until the meat is browned.
  6. Now, in addition to the meat slices, we put the bell pepper, as well as the hot chili pepper - we throw it in whole. Fry for about 10 minutes.
  7. Throw the chopped onion and garlic into the same pan, cut the large slices in half, leave the small ones as they are.
  8. After another 10 minutes, the garlic cloves must be caught and removed from the pan - we will replace them with green onions, and at the same time add a pinch or two of ginger (both ground and fresh, chopped on a grater will do). We cook until all components are soft, usually the process lasts no longer than a quarter of an hour.
  9. For the sauce, combine flour, cane sugar, soy sauce and a little warm water. Stir well and strain through a fine sieve.
  10. Pour the sauce directly into the skillet with the fried chicken, vegetables and nuts. Mix thoroughly and bring the dish to final readiness within 8-10 minutes.

The appetizing chicken with peanuts is usually served hot.
