An excellent dish that you can easily cook at your dacha or near the house on the grill. Juicy chicken skewers will delight you with their unique taste and aroma.
It is necessary
- - 2 skinless chicken breasts,
- - 8 cherry tomatoes,
- - 1 red onion, cut into quarters
- - 1 chopped yellow pepper without seeds,
- - 2 tbsp. l. peanut butter
- - 5 tbsp. sour cream,
- - 150 g low-fat cottage cheese,
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- - 1 crushed garlic clove
- - 1/2 tsp. grated ginger root,
- - 1 tsp soy sauce,
- - 1 tsp ground coriander,
- - a little adjika.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into about 2 cm cubes and place in a shallow plate. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour the mixture over the chicken and mix well.
Step 2
Cover with another plate and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Stir from time to time.
Step 3
String pieces of chicken, pepper, onion and cherry on four skewers. Brush with marinade and cook on medium grill or barbecue for 15-20 minutes, turning and greasing the skewers until the meat is cooked through.
