- - 5 garlic cloves;
- - 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce;

Step 1
Wash the pork knuckle, pat dry with a paper towel. To make the meat product better marinated, make cuts on it with a sharp knife.

Now you need to prepare the marinade. To do this, pour soy sauce into a deep bowl, add ketchup, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, selected herbs and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly.

Grate the pork shank thoroughly with the prepared mixture. It is recommended to keep the meat in the marinade for at least 1 hour so that the meat is normally saturated. Maximum in this composition, the knuckle can lie without deterioration - 48 hours.
