For sour cream with gelatin you need:

- 25 g of gelatin;

- 200 g sour cream;

- 120 g icing sugar;

- vanilla or other food flavorings - to taste.

Steam the gelatin in the manner indicated on the pack. In a separate cup, beat the sour cream and powder, let the mixture brew. Then, after the appearance of foam, pour in the gelatin, continuing to stir. Put the resulting cream in the refrigerator until thickened.
