Instructions

Step 1

Peel the flounder, cut into portions, rinse with water. Then season with salt and pepper. Mix vegetable oil, wine vinegar and lemon juice. Pour the prepared sauce over the fish.

Peel and wash onions and carrots. Cut the bell peppers in half and core. Cut the vegetables into cubes, cut the onion into half rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the parsley and cilantro and chop finely.
