- - 4 things. a clove of garlic;
- - 40 ml of olive oil;
- - 1 PC. lemon;
- - 20 g of honey;
- - 10 g of salt;
- - 5 g of black ground pepper.

Step 1
Wash and peel the lemon, squeeze the juice and place in a cool place. The juice should be infused for about 30 minutes.

Wash the chicken wings. Some people like skinless, but traditionally the wings are not cleaned. Dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
Step 3
First, let's prepare the marinade. In a small glass bowl, combine the settled lemon juice without sediment, olive oil, finely grated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly using a simple spoon.
Step 4
Take chicken wings and cut them neatly at the joint, then put them in a tray and cover with marinade. Close and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. The wings should be well saturated with the marinade.
Step 5
Preheat the oven. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, then turn them over and pour over the marinade for another 15 minutes. The wings are ready!
