Chicken under a fur coat with mustard marinade is perfect for any festive table. It is prepared quickly enough, at the same time it is beautifully designed and has a great taste. We will learn all the features and tricks of cooking this wonderful dish.
It is necessary
- grated cheese - 120 g;
- chicken fillet - 550 g;
- carrots - 1-2 pcs;
- lemon juice - 2 tablespoons;
- mustard - 1-2 tablespoons;
- mayonnaise or sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
- ground black pepper and salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fillet or chicken breast into slices about two centimeters thick. Season them with pepper and salt.
Step 2
To make the marinade, combine mayonnaise, mustard, spices and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the prepared solution over the chicken and let it brew for two hours.
Step 3
Grate carrots with cheese on a coarse grater. Place baking paper in a baking dish, lay chicken on top of it, then carrots, sprinkle with cheese on top.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200oC and place the mustard-marinated chicken under the fur coat. Bake the dish for 30 minutes until cooked through. Garnish with parsley and dill before serving.
