  • - mustard - 1-2 tablespoons
  • - a mixture of black and allspice ground pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • - salt to taste
  • - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • - sour cream or mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l
  • - hard cheese - 100 g

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the chicken fillet, cut it into pieces, beat it lightly with a meat hammer. Put in a spacious bowl, salt, add mustard, pepper mixture and put in a cool place for 1 hour so that the meat is well marinated.

Step 2

Preheat the pan, pour in the vegetable oil. Fry the marinated meat on both sides over high heat. One side must be fried for 3-4 minutes. Put the fried chicken meat in a baking dish, evenly distributing it over the bottom. Lubricate with a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise.

Step 3

Cut the onion into cubes, sprinkle the chicken evenly with it. You can sprinkle it with lemon juice or vinegar beforehand. Pepper a little. Put tomato slices on top. Pepper lightly and coat with a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise. Pour the bell pepper cut into cubes or strips on top, evenly distributing.

Step 4

Rub the hard cheese on a fine grater, mix 2/3 of the cheese with the remaining sour cream, add a pinch of salt. Put this mixture in a container for baking, spread it evenly with a spoon over the surface. Pour the rest of the grated cheese evenly on top.

Step 5

We put the chicken in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and leave for 20 minutes. A golden crust should form on top. Salad ready. We cut it into portions. On top, you can garnish each serving with a slice of cucumber or fresh herbs. The salad goes well with rice, potatoes, green salad.
