Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 300 g of mushrooms (champignons are suitable);
- 1 potato tuber;
- 250 g of hard cheese;
- 1 onion (small);
- greens (green onions, parsley);
- mayonnaise;
- pepper, salt to your taste.
Preparation:
- Wash fillets and beat with a hammer. Season with salt, pepper and fry a little on both sides in a skillet with heated oil. Finely chop the mushrooms (it is better to take the mushrooms).
- Peel, chop and fry the onion in a preheated pan with a little oil.
- Take a baking dish, put a sheet of food foil in it and grease it with butter so that the meat does not stick to the foil during baking.
- Put the fried pieces of meat in a mold, put the mushrooms fried with onions on top.
- Wash tomatoes, potatoes and herbs. Grate hard cheese with large holes. Cut the tomatoes into rings or half rings, chop the green onions.
- Peel and grate potatoes with large holes. Put tomatoes on top of the mushrooms and sprinkle with onions. Next, put the grated potatoes.
- Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise on top; those who do not like mayonnaise can use sour cream (but it is better to take fatter).
- We heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the fillet under the "fur coat" to bake. Baking time - half an hour.
- After half an hour, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the meat with the cheese that we grated earlier. Return the baking sheet to the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese and brown a little.
- When the cheese is covered with a beautiful, golden brown crust, take out a baking sheet and sprinkle with chopped parsley and return to the oven for 2 minutes. We take it out, the dish is ready.
