Instructions

Step 1

Basis # 1 - Basic

Ingredients:

- biscuit cookies 300 g (I had chocolate);

- condensed milk.

Preparation

We break the cookies and grind them into crumbs. You can use a blender, rolling pin, mortar, of your choice. The crumb should be homogeneous, no large pieces. Next, add condensed milk to the mass, 1 teaspoon each and mix. Condensed milk plays the role of a bonding component, so a lot of it is not needed. As soon as the mass stops scattering, you can start rolling the balls. The size of a cake pop is about the size of a ping-pong ball.

Step 2

Basis number 2 - Favorite

It differs from the first in that nut butter is used instead of condensed milk.

Ingredients:

- nuts 200 g;

- cocoa "Nesquik" 3 tablespoons;

- condensed milk.

Preparation

In a blender, beat the nuts in small portions until they give butter. This is 3-4 minutes. Next, add cocoa. I use "Nesquik", because it does not taste bitter, it has long been a proven remedy. And add condensed milk. How many - I will not say, each time in different ways, look at the consistency. The mass should not be fluid, thick and sticky. Knead thoroughly. Combine with cookies and knead again.

Step 3

Base # 3 - Bright

Cookies should be no additives, just white. After adding condensed milk, you can drop 2-3 drops of food coloring or use natural (beetroot, blueberry juice). You can add grated fruit puree, but then you need more cookies to keep their shape.

Step 4

Be sure to send the workpiece to the refrigerator for an hour and a half. In the meantime, you can do the chopsticks. There are several options:

- tubes for cocktails (cut off the bending part);

- wooden skewers (cut off the sharp ends);

- special sticks for cake pops (sold in pastry shops).

Step 5

Making the glaze.

1. Chocolate

- Confectionery milk chocolate bar.

- Heavy cream 50 ml.

Heat the cream and add the chocolate (in pieces to melt faster). We reduce the heat and stir constantly so that nothing burns. You can heat it in a water bath, then first melt the chocolate, and then add the cream. The second option is good when there are a lot of balls, the icing does not freeze, you do not need to melt the second portion.

2. Colored

- Confectionery white chocolate bar.

- Heavy cream 50 ml.

- Food coloring.

Everything is the same, only at the end we add the dye. The more intense you want to get the color, the more dye.

Step 6

Assembly

We take a ball, make a hole in it with a stick - mark the attachment point. We dip the stick in chocolate, insert it into place and send it to the refrigerator, while the stick is up. Until the chocolate hardens well, we do not take any action.

In the meantime, you can prepare the decor. As a decoration, you can use chocolate chips, confectionery sprinkles, crushed nuts, crushed cereal balls, lollipops crumbled in a blender without filling, and more. If you plan to paint on cake pops, you can use helium pencils.

Step 7

After the chocolate has set well, you can completely dip the piece into the icing. They dipped, rolled in their hands so that the glaze was evenly distributed, allowed to drain off the excess and sprinkled with decor. Next, stick the cake-pops strictly vertically into the foam or bread. And again in the refrigerator. If you need to apply a drawing, then you should wait until the chocolate has completely solidified.
