Cake pops are a small cake on a stick covered with chocolate icing. This dessert is just beginning to gain popularity in Russia, while in America and Australia, cake pops are considered an integral part of any holiday. This cake looks unusual, elegant and is very popular with children.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of finished biscuit;
- - 200 g of condensed milk;
- - 1 bar of dark chocolate;
- - 5 ml of cream;
- - multi-colored confectionery powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the biscuit into small crumbs using a mixer and pour it into a deep bowl. Mix biscuit crumbs with condensed milk until a homogeneous viscous consistency is formed.
Step 2
From the resulting mass, form small balls the size of a walnut.
Step 3
Melt dark chocolate in a water bath, add 1 teaspoon of cream to it and mix thoroughly. It is better not to clean the bath, because if the chocolate thickens during the cooking process, it will have to be heated again to a liquid state.
Step 4
Place each ball on a skewer or stick, after dipping it in chocolate. Put the prepared base for cake pops in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to solidify.
Step 5
Dip the frozen balls into the melted chocolate, evenly distributing it over the entire area using a knife and spoon.
Step 6
Dip the cakes in the pastry powder and put them in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
