From a practical point of view, bioflafonoids are most effective in terms of strengthening the circulatory system, since they reduce blood clotting and increase the elasticity of erythrocytes. This, in turn, prevents the appearance of atherosclerosis, strengthens the walls of blood vessels, and increases the elasticity of capillaries. In addition, regular consumption of a sufficient amount of vitamin P prevents the formation of cancer cells, improves the condition of the joints, and reduces the intensity of allergic manifestations.

One of the options for their consumption is the intake of special vitamin complexes, however, experts believe that it is natural bioflavonoids that have the most pronounced effect.

A large amount of vitamin P is found in citrus fruits: oranges, grapefruits, lemons, tangerines and others. In addition, almost all berries contain a significant amount of natural bioflavonoids. Their highest content is typical for chokeberry, honeysuckle and rose hips, however, a certain amount of vitamin P is present in almost any wild or garden berry: barberry, blueberry, strawberry, gooseberry, raspberry, lingonberry, cherry, currant and others.

Among vegetables, bell peppers, kale, lettuce and spinach are the “champions” in vitamin P content. In addition, the substances found in green tea are also classified as bioflavonoids. Thus, regular consumption of a sufficient amount of these fruits, vegetables and berries can eliminate the existing vitamin P deficiency in the body without the additional use of pharmaceuticals.
