Step 1
Take 250 g of beef pulp, three liters of water, 300 g of peas, 3 onions, 2 carrots. Sort the peas, rinse and soak for four hours. Cook the meat. Remove the finished meat. Place the swollen peas in the boiling broth. Cook until the peas are tender. Take out the peas and rub them through a sieve. Then put it back in the broth. Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil and add to the soup. Cook for another 15 minutes. The puree soup is ready. Serve with white croutons. White bread croutons can be fried on their own in vegetable oil. You can add pieces of cooked meat to the soup.
Step 2
Try smoked ribs puree soup. Rinse the peas in cold water and place in a deep bowl. Leave it soaked in water overnight. Rinse the ribs, cover with three liters of cold water and simmer for about an hour. Add 1 onion to the broth. Remove the meat and onions from the broth. Pour the peas into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and when the water boils, reduce heat to low. Cook for another hour. Meanwhile, overcook the onions and grated carrots in a skillet. After 45 minutes, add the fried vegetables to the pot, turn up the gas and cook for another 5-10 minutes. The peas should creep out to make a puree. Serve separately in boiled ribs, or add ribs to a bowl of soup.
Step 3
Try making mashed pea soup in a pressure cooker. To do this, overcook the onions and carrots in a pan. Pour three liters of water into the pressure cooker and add the washed meat or bones. Place the peas, previously soaked for two hours, in a saucepan after the water has boiled. Add spices, salt and stir-fried vegetables and chopped herbs. Close the lid and cook for about an hour and a half. After finishing, do not open the lid right away - let the peas sweat for another ten minutes. The puree soup is ready.
