During this time, you just have time to cook the filling.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and save until golden brown, so that the onion turns transparent, but not brown, in a skillet with vegetable oil. While the onion is fried, grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater (you can cut it into small 0.5 cm cubes). Then combine the fried onion with the pumpkin, pepper and add a little salt. Why a little bit? Because I recommend eating pumpkin manti with soy sauce, it will give a special touch. But you can also do without soy sauce, if you don't like it. Then, accordingly, salt the filling a little more.

Step 3

Roll a sausage from the dough with a diameter of 3-4 cm, cut it into pieces 2 cm thick. Each piece needs to be rolled out quite thinly, about 1mm thick, put the filling in the middle and blind it diagonally from 4 sides in the middle, and then connect the resulting corners to each other.
