Buckwheat casserole with meat

You will need:

- buckwheat porridge - 2 tbsp;

- boiled meat - 500 gr;

- onion - 1 head;

- sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons;

- mayonnaise - 100 gr;

- hard cheese - 100 gr;

- salt, dry garlic;

- baking powder for dough - 1/2 tsp;

- sunflower oil.

Finely chop the onion, fry in a pan for 3-4 minutes, at this time chop the meat into small cubes, add it to the onion. Put onion and meat in a bowl, let cool, add sour cream and stir.

Turn buckwheat porridge into mashed potatoes (you can use a blender or a meat grinder), add mayonnaise, grated cheese, salt, garlic and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil, spread 1/2 of the buckwheat mass, then put the filling, cover with the remaining mass. We place the form in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Lean cutlets with potatoes

Ingredients:

- buckwheat porridge - 2 tbsp;

- raw potatoes - 2-3 pieces;

- salt pepper;

- sunflower oil.

Peel the potatoes, grate them on a medium grater, squeeze the juice slightly. Put the buckwheat porridge in a bowl, add the grated potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly. From the resulting mass we form cutlets and fry them on both sides under the lid until golden brown.

You will need:

- buckwheat porridge - 1 tbsp;

- egg - 1pc;

- condensed milk - 1-2 tablespoons;

- sunflower oil.

Put the porridge in a bowl, break the egg, pour in the condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Bring the oil to a boil in a frying pan and spread the resulting mass with a tablespoon. Fry pancakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

To prepare them you will need:

- buckwheat porridge - 2 tbsp;

- eggs - 2 pcs;

- milk - 1 tbsp;

- sugar - 2 tablespoons;

- butter - 30 gr;

- flour - 1/2 tbsp;

- baking powder 1/2 tsp

Mix the porridge with sugar and roll it in a meat grinder. Add milk and eggs to the resulting mass (puree), mix thoroughly. Mix the baking powder with flour and pour in small portions in mashed potatoes, knead the batter. Heat a frying pan greased with sunflower oil and pour the dough into it with a ladle. Fry pancakes for 2 minutes on each side. Grease the finished pancakes with butter.
