Almost every housewife has her own signature way of preparing delicious chicken dishes. Among them, there are recipes for real culinary masterpieces that require a fair amount of experience, and there are some that even a novice cook can master. But simple doesn't mean tasteless.

- Chicken breasts - 2 pcs.;
- chicken legs - 4 pcs.;
- whole chicken - 1 pc.;
- curry - to taste;
- mayonnaise - 2 tsp;
- salt to taste;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- adjika - to taste;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- cheese - 50 gr;
- ground red pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breasts. If the breasts are skinned, inspect and remove any remaining feathers. Rub the chicken with a mixture of curry, salt and a little mayonnaise. Place the prepared breasts in a preheated oven and fry until tender. Serve with tomatoes or mashed potatoes.
Step 2
Wash the chicken legs and chop in half. Mix mayonnaise with adjika and chopped garlic. Spread this mixture on the legs. Chop the onions and carrots into large chunks. Place the chicken in a greased skillet and line the edges with chopped vegetables. Fry in a well preheated oven. To check the chicken's doneness, pierce the leg with a knife or wooden toothpick. The evolved juice should be clear.
Step 3
Rinse the chicken legs, trim off excess fat from them. Rub the chicken with a mixture of salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil, place the processed legs on it and fry for fifteen minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Turn the meat over and grill over medium heat for fifteen minutes. Peel a few cloves of garlic, crush them and place on top of the legs. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat, and cook for five minutes. Turn the chicken garlic side down, cover the skillet with a lid and let sit for three minutes. Tomato salad with sour cream is a good side dish.
Step 4
Take small chicken breasts, rinse them. Place the breasts in a skillet or baking sheet. Rub them with a little salt and coat with mayonnaise. Coarsely grate some hard cheese and sprinkle over the chicken. Place in a preheated oven and bake until tender. The dish turns out to be quite satisfying.
Step 5
Wash the chicken legs and remove any remaining feathers. Rub the chicken with the salt and crushed garlic mixture. Place prepared legs in a greased skillet, place in preheated oven and cook until lightly browned.
Step 6
Rinse the chicken, cut along the breast and peel the inside. Rub it with coarse salt. Unfold the chicken, place the back up on a baking sheet and sprinkle with ground red pepper. Place the prepared chicken in a preheated oven for forty-five minutes. Ten minutes before cooking, pour the melted fat over the poultry.
