This is a colorful and low calorie chicken recipe. In my opinion, this dish does not need a side dish, sweet pepper is enough.
- chicken breast - 600 g;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- large bell peppers (red and yellow) - 3 pcs.;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.;
- honey - 2 tbsp. l.;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp l.;
- ground pepper - to taste.
Rinse the chicken breast well in cold water, cut into cubes and a little pepper. Peel, chop, mix the garlic with soy sauce and honey. Dip chicken fillet into the mixture, cover and leave for 20 minutes. No need to salt, enough soy sauce for taste.
Fry the marinated fillets in olive oil over high heat until golden brown - for 5 minutes on all sides. Wash the bell peppers, core them and cut into cubes.
Add to chicken breast, reduce heat and simmer covered for another 10 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally. The main thing is not to dry it out, the meat should be juicy. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
You can add canned diced pineapples to bell peppers - the taste of the dish turns out to be very unusual.
