To cook mashed potatoes in the oven, we need the following products:

  • potatoes - 1 kg;
  • heavy cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • garlic - 1 slice;
  • yolks from two eggs;
  • parsley greens - 1 bunch;
  • smoked paprika - a pinch;
  • cinnamon - a pinch.

1. According to the classics, boil potatoes in salted water, after peeling them and cutting them into sufficiently large pieces of the same size.

2. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the washed and dried parsley as small as possible.

3. Crush the boiled hot potatoes by adding butter, cream and sour cream. Stir in the yolks and all the spices in the mashed potatoes: garlic, parsley, paprika, cinnamon.

4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the mashed potatoes in a baking dish and send them to the oven for about 20 minutes. After this time, we immediately serve.

  • potatoes - 800 g;
  • heavy cream - 50 g;
  • blue cheese - 100 g;
  • butter - 10 g;
  • peppercorns, bay leaves, salt.

1. Grind the cheese in any way convenient for you - grate or simply crush.

2. Peeled and diced potatoes are boiled in water with the addition of a few peppercorns and bay leaves.
