This appetizer is suitable for all spicy lovers. In addition, it is notable for the fact that it is prepared very easily and quickly.
Ingredients:
- 2 kg of tomatoes;
- 2 pcs. salad pepper;
- 2 heads of garlic;
- 100 g of sunflower oil;
- 1 tbsp salt;
- 100 g sugar;
- greens.
Preparation:
- Sort the tomatoes and wash. You can cut them in half, or you can cross them without cutting them to the end. The tomatoes are ready.
- Now you need to start preparing the so-called gravy. It has three parts.
- For the first part, mix the sugar, sunflower oil, vinegar and salt evenly. The first part of the gravy is ready.
- Let's start with the second part of the gravy. To do this, it is necessary to sort out and peel the garlic from the husk. Also peel the salad peppers, remove the stalk and wash. After that, the garlic, along with the salad peppers, must be chopped in a blender to obtain a homogeneous mass. The second part is ready.
- The third part of the gravy contains only greens. It can be dill and parsley, or you can add any greens you like. It must be carefully sorted out from weeds and rinsed well from the ground. Then chop finely.
- Combine all three parts of the gravy and mix well.
- Put the cut tomatoes in layers together with the gravy in pre-prepared jars. After that, close the lid, turn the jar upside down and leave to infuse in a cold place for 8 hours. Do not be afraid that not all tomatoes are in gravy, gradually they will give juice and there will be more liquid.
