Soy sprouts are healthy, like all legumes. In addition, they contain vitamin C, which soybeans lack. I cook salads and soups with soy sprouts. The result is incredibly tasty and light meals. The calorie content of soybean sprouts is only 114 kilocalories.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of chicken,
- - 200 g of thin pasta,
- - 200 g fresh soy sprouts,
- - boiled eggs (according to the number of intended servings),
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 carrot,
- - salt,
- - pepper,
- - parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the chicken with cold water, salt, boil until tender, along with whole onions and carrots. Discard the onions and carrots, remove the chicken and separate the meat from the bones. Put pasta in broth and boil until tender.
Step 2
Add chicken, soy sprouts, pepper, bring to a boil and turn off. Add finely chopped parsley. Place a sliced egg on each plate as you serve.
Step 3
You can buy soy sprouts, or you can sprout yourself. I do this: soy soybeans for 6 hours in cold water. Then I line a regular flower pot with a piece of linen and put the beans in it. I cover the top of the pot with a thin cloth - from the light - and put it in a warm place. I water the beans 2-3 times a day so as not to dry out. When the sprouts reach 4-5 cm (this takes 3 to 15 days), they are ready. Cut and eat.
