It is necessary
- - rye flour - 450 g;
- - chicken egg - 4 pcs.;
- - butter - 150 g;
- - sour cream - 2 tablespoons;
- - sugar - a little less than half a glass;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 sachet;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift the rye flour into a separate bowl in the form of a slide.
Step 2
Mix granulated sugar with 3 raw chicken eggs. Beat the resulting mixture thoroughly. Then add to it, without stopping whipping, sour cream, baking powder and salt. Add butter last to this mass, just before that soften it by holding it for a while at room temperature.
Step 3
After making a small notch in the sifted rye flour, pour a homogeneous creamy mass into it. Knead the dough well - it should be cool. Add flour to it if necessary.
Step 4
Divide the resulting tough dough into equal pieces. Then form each into a spherical shape, the weight of which is approximately 100 grams. As a result, you should have about 10 such balls.
Step 5
Roll the balls formed from the dough with a rolling pin in the shape of cakes.
Step 6
After greasing the cakes with a pre-beaten chicken egg, make cuts on their surface with a knife. In this form, send the dish to the oven, the temperature of which is 180-200 degrees, for about one quarter of an hour.
Step 7
Allow the baked goods to cool completely, then serve with milk. Rye flour cakes are ready!
