The juicy and aromatic pear has been known since ancient times as an excellent remedy for satisfying hunger and thirst. This fruit came to Russia from Byzantium, and it took root well with us in the southern and middle lane. In those distant times, four main varieties of pears were known, today there are already more than a thousand of them.
Instructions
Step 1
Pear is a valuable source of fiber, which contributes to the normalization of the stomach and organs of the gastrointestinal tract. In addition, the fruit contains a large amount of organic sugars, fructose, glucose, tannins, pectins, nitrogenous bases and phytoncides, special substances that help to cope with bacterial and viral infections. It is thanks to phytoncides that pears have their unforgettable aroma. And organic acids give the fruit a unique sweetish-tart taste. The pear contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals (vitamin A, vitamins PP, C, B1 and P, iodine, iron and potassium).
Step 2
When purchasing pears in the market or in the supermarket, give preference to the most fragrant fruits. These are the most useful pears. In addition, the pear is a product with a minimal sensitizing effect, in other words, it is the least likely to cause allergic reactions. Therefore, the pear is recommended as a complementary food for babies prone to atopic dermatitis and as an excellent dessert for adults with food allergies.
Step 3
Pear juice is also a valuable hypoallergenic product. It has vaso-strengthening properties, regulates stool and improves digestion. It is not advisable to eat pears on an empty stomach; it is better to consume them one hour after a meal and not to drink them with liquid.
