Squid meat is a dietary product. Dishes from it are tasty and healthy.
- 500 gr. squid,
- 1 tbsp. walnut kernels,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce,
- 1/2 lime
- 20-30 ml. olive oil,
- spices to taste.
Rinse squid carcasses with water, remove films and boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Remove from boiling water and rinse with cold water, then cut into medium-sized strips.
Fry the nuts in a dry frying pan until slightly golden brown, then chop. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse greens with cold water, dry and chop finely.
We take a salad bowl and put in it squid cut into strips, chopped walnuts, garlic, herbs, mix everything well. We make the dressing in a separate bowl from 1/2 lime, squeeze out the juice, add soy sauce, granulated sugar and olive oil, mix everything thoroughly and season the squid with the resulting sauce. Let the dish brew for an hour or two.
