It is necessary

  • - 1 kg chicken fillet;
  • - 150 g sour cream (20% fat);
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 200 g of shelled walnuts;
  • - a glass of chicken broth;
  • - a tablespoon of Kikoman soy sauce;
  • - 300 g cherry tomato;
  • - 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry thoroughly, and then cut into portions.

Step 2

Combine sour cream with soy sauce. Add salt and pepper to the mixture. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and cover them with sour cream.

Step 3

As soon as all the pieces are smeared, start forming a semi-finished kebab. String the chicken pieces onto the skewers one at a time. In this case, you should first string a piece of chicken, then a tomato, thus alternating them with each other.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Lay foil on a baking sheet, grease it with oil. Place cooked skewers on foil. Top with vegetable oil. Place the chicken in the oven. Do not forget that periodically the skewers must be turned over.

Step 5

While the meat is baking, we have time to make the peanut sauce. Peel the garlic and chop it in a blender along with the nuts. Add hot broth to the garlic nuts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. As a result, you should have a sauce that resembles thick sour cream in consistency.

Step 6

We put the chicken kebabs out of the oven on a dish and serve together with a delicious garlic-nut sauce to the table.
